If you plan to use your Tiger as more than an occasional driver, or if you plan
to have more than the stock electrical loads (high power headlights, driving or
fog lights, amplified ignition system, electric radiator fan, stereo, etc.) then
an electrical system with more than two fuses is a very good investment. Two
fuses are enough only if nothing ever goes wrong with your electrics. If you are
planning to shoot for concours competition with your Tiger then you will need to
have a stock-appearing wiring harness, but that still doesn't mean that you
can't fuse the various accessories in reasonable groups in an out of the way
place.

There are lots of aftermarket wiring harness kits that will give a very neat
appearance once it's all done. To me, if it looks neat and is functional, it's
worth more than a stock-appearing system that leaves you stranded.
