Ron's got it right!
The 260 cam thrust plate is (was) .218 thick and the cam spacer is .221
thick.
.003 is the camshaft endplay.
The newer thrust plates that work with Cloyes and other cam gears is .250
thick, but watch out for interference with the back of the cam gear.
