Yeah, I recall a magazine article years back about some rich European
guy who got his hands on one of the Porsche 917 LeMans cars, and wanted
to drive it on the road.  So he did his research and found the easiest
way to register it for the road was through the branch of his company in
the south somewhere, Georgia or Alabama.  So they didn't look to close
back then.  

And I have no title for my Tiger.  I bought it in '77 when MA didn't
require titles for 10+ year old cars, but now they do.

Stu- In the early 80s or as early as that time, you could easily obtain
a 
title for anything in Alabama and Im fairly certain NH didnt attach
titles 
in the mid 60s, Im not sure when or even if they do now but I am certain
a 
thief always
