A Tiger with fins.

There is a interesting Sunbeam Tiger listed on Ebay # 170078408154.  It's a 
Tiger with Alpine Series 1 -3 finned fenders.  Not my idea of a styling 
enhancement but everyone has different ideas.  Norm's book makes mention of a 
Tiger where someone grafted on finned fenders and then sold it to a 
unsuspecting buyer as a rare prototype Tiger. The buyer was a bit upset after 
learning he had been snookered.   Could this be the car?
