When I did my seats (a number of years ago), I got the straps from Sunbeam
Specialties. I did however have to fabricate the hooks at each end from
1/8th inch welding rod. The clips that hold the upholstery on the bottom are
not the hog-ring type - they are a small clip type. Maybe SS has them, also.

i'm in the process of rebuilding my seats (the old style with straps)
but i don't have the 5 steel strips per seat which go into the cloth
peices and are rivetted to the seat frame. does anyone have any they
could sell me?
also missing the clips that hold the vinyl stretched to the frame.
anyone know a source for these?
