This may sound silly, but are you sure the squeak is coming from the
suspension? My '72 TR6 also squeaks constantly, but I've found that the hood
(bonnet) is the cause. I haven't exactly found the "Why" yet, but all I have
to do is thump the front end when she's sitting in the garage and I get the
squeak. If I hold down the hood and do the same - nothing.
