PDWA - I got it wrong!

Well, I finally had some time to do my research, and I owe the list
an apology.  In my haste to contribute, I incorrectly assessed the
actual workings of the PDWA.

Mr. Mace's assessment and understanding of the PDWA were right on.
 
Again, I _am_ sorry, and I hope I did not cause anyone any undue confusion
or problems.

Take care, and I'm back out to the garage.......  ;)
