Brake Fluid: Quantity Required

I want to flush the hydraulics on my 74 Spitfire (brakes & clutch).  I can't
find Castrol brake fluid locally and so I'll have to order it.  I would
appreciate it if anyone could give me a rough idea on how much fluid will be
required (I'd rather be generous than skimpy)?

Also, does anyone have a phone no. and/or address of a mail order source for
Redline Products.
