Hey...it's Monday. These things are excusable. The key, at least for
me,
is to remember this is a hobby, and as such, should be enjoyable. Take
your time, don't worry, have a homebrew.
So Chris, have you been reading Charlie Papazian's book the Joy of
Homebrewing? He used to run classes here in Boulder at the free school.
He threw one heck of a party at the end of class called the Beer and
Steer. What great fun. I just picked up on the line. Jane
