Just a quick repeat of spark plug info I posted previously....

Unless you have a '74 or later P.I. TR6, the recommended plug is
a Champion N12Y.  The P.I. cars use an N9Y.  From much experimentation,
I have had best results with NGK BPR5ES plugs, or the ACCEL U-Groove 496
plugs.  Both are equivalent to N12Y, and all are a hotter plug than the
N9Y.  The carb cars run much better on this plug heat range.
