Since I posted the comment about the Ford 302 powered Miata, I have been
corrected. It seems the company is in California, not Texas, and the cost is
a lot less than 45 grand. From what I remember (some memory, huh?), the
warranty is the same as for the unmodified Miata.

OTOH, think about buying a used Miata and putting the 302 Ford engine in it
yourself. Now there's a bargain basement screamer! On yet another hand, what
about putting the same engine into a TR6? I like that idea (see sig file)!
