It may have been awhile since you had your headlights out, but.......
It's been too long for me..I am re-assembling my 77 Spit after 2 years and I
have installed:
the black gasket and bucket, which is riveted to body
the bulb inside its retainer as one unit
the retaining ring with the three bolts
Even though everything is in place, adjusting screws(2) and all, the bulb is
not snug..it moves around.
I must have had some sort of springs somewhere to hold everything in place.
Any ideas?
Also, all of my lights work correctly, but no signal lights.
Any ideas here?
