Does anyone on the list know if it is necessary to use gasket cement on a
TR-3A oil pan gasket? None of my shop manuals mention it. If so, could
you recommend a brand? How about Permatex Ultra-copper Dry Silicone Gasket
Cement, used by a trustworty mechanic on my valve cover gasket.
