I healize that hood squeaks and sympathetic vibrations go hand in hand with being a TR-3 owner, but my situation is ridiculous. The Dzus fasteners and spring on my hood sound like a symphony of alley cats. The problem has gotten worse since: 1. Readjusting the rubber stops so the hood line matched the front clip better. 2. Replacing the motor mounts. Can anyone report some successful tactics for minimizing the vibrational noise. For example, might changing the rubber stops help? Thanks. John Cowan |
