I don't have a spare to sell you, but you may want to try 
doing a book search (free) with one of the many web site
"used book" companies.  The specifics you would need to 
tell them include:

Haynes
"Triumph TR250&6"
1967 thru 1976
All models  152 cu in (2498cc)
"Owners Workshop Manual"

by J H Haynes and B L Chalmers-Hunt

Haynes Publishing Group 1974, 1978
