80 TR7 Carburator/Choke

     I have a friend & fellow LBCer who needs help with his recently 
     acquired 1980 TR7.
     
     He happened on a mint condition '80 TR7 Spider with only 18k showing 
     on the odometer, apperently one owner!.  It had not been driven for 
     years and the carb/choke is in need of some attention otherwise it 
     seems to run well.
     
     He has a 71TR6 driver and a TR3 under the knife, but just couldn't let 
     this one pass by... so now he has three TRs in his stable. 
     
     
     Are manuals available?
     
     
     Is any one willing to consult with John by land line?
