Jim,

Try Hagerty Ins. Co. 1-800-922-4050 or Parish Ins. Co. 1-800-274-1804.

Hagerty is a little more restrictive on usage. They say that the primary
usage is to be for show and club functions and not general usage.

Parish allows usage up to 2500 mi of general use.

If you are in North Carolina you have trouble. They only have provisions
for a 60% discount on liability for cars over 25 years old that are
primarely used for club functions, parades etc.

I am in the process now of trying to get that changed. It is a monopoly.
There is only one rate approved by a Rate Bureau and NC Dept. of Ins.
The rate bureau is primarily governed by the insurance industry. Do you
see any ties there? I had contacted a State Senator in the county where
I am moving to next year and she researched the operation and sent me
some info.

I was told by senator Cochrane that there isn't and legislation
preventing setting a Classic car rate for younger than 25 year old cars.
If I am successful (I have contacted a couple of Classic Car insurers to
get the to send policy proposals in for approval). there might be a
better rate for cars under 25 years old someday.
