I'll have to paraphrase, but the letter was in response to a cover story on
curing impotence in men. The letter writer warned that just because you get
one part of your old body fixed up the other parts might not adjust and hold up
to the new stress. Kind of like when he put a brand new engine in his old TR3
and proceeded to blow the transmission.
