You bet,  while the $20 1.5T jack at the discount house is awfully
appealling, they are a pain in the rear to use and position.  I know I
have two of them.  I recently purchase a 2T floor jack with 2 heavy duty
jack stands from Sears, on sale for $99.  You rotate the fixed handle to
close and open the pump valve, and the longer handle makes it easier to
position.
