Wires or Panas

Hey Gang,
Just wondering if there is any one on the list who might have a set of
Gold Panasports rims they might be interested in selling?  I May also
consider buying an almost new set of 72 spoke wires it they can be had. 
Also, If I go with wires, should I go with 205 70's as tires or should I
go 195's????? or even 185's
