I don't want to stray too far from original spec on the tyres. This is
partly because the steering is heavy enough on 185x13s and I also don't want
to put too much additional load on the suspension and hub bearings.

So, will 195/70x13s fit without fouling the wheelarches, compression strut,
etc? Is the rolling radius the same as 185x13?
