Everett, I have the same question. One of the numerous examples of crap workmaship that I payed a fortune for when I had the bodywork done was the paint on the bumpers. In some areas, it falls off if you tap it; in others, it's stuck good (like it should be all over). Are your bumpers rubber or PVC? I'll let you know if/whe I get some good advice.
