Lex, Jeff is correct, the carbs are pretty easy to rebuild yourself.
If you want to do a complete job, however, when the carb is apart, send
the throttle shaft to Apple Hydraulics and they will rebush it
for you for $45 per carb. I rebuilt my ZS's last year, did a pretty
good job too (for a neophyte mechanic), but I still have a major
vacume leak around the worn throttle shaft. Apple say they will
completely rebuild your carb for $150 (ea), but having them do the
rebush and buying the rebuild kit and doing the rest yourself is
straighforward and good experience.
