I will be tuning my '76 TR6 shortly and looking for advise on spark plugs. 
My Bentley manual says to use Champion UN12Y for 1969-1973 and Champion N9Y
for 1974-1976.

The DPO had 12Ys in the car when purchased.  Which is better and why?  I
normally run 90 octane (Texaco) and seem to have no major problems.  Thanks
