74 TR-6 Interior Door Panel Replacement

I removed the interior door panels this weekend.  The CARDBOARD panel on
which the vinyl and foam padding is stapled had been wet and is badly
warped.  The vinyl is useable, foam is good too.
1.      Does anyone know if I can buy complete replacements, ie. foam,
cardboard, and vinyl, or can I just get the cardboard and restaple?
2.      Are the replacements better than the original cardboard or is it the
same old stuff?
