I didn't know the factory look was a shine, just clean/new! I'd stick with
the Spray9 and avoid Armor-all. By all accounts, its silicone base will
eventually seal the plastic/vinyl/rubber and lead to premature cracking.

vinyl
        which had 25 years of grime, I used Spray Nine Cleaner, which works
        great but leaves a dull finish. I would like to spray them with
        something to get back to the factory look / shine.
