right after i posted the web site for SEMA i went back to the site and
found this below.
New Jersey Assemblywoman Carol J. Murphy has
introduced A.B. 1333, a bill that would prevent the New
Jersey Department of Environmental Protection from starting
an ill-conceived vehicle scrappage program.
If allowed to go forward, New Jersey's scrappage program
will single out cars for scrappage simply because they are
old, NOT because they are polluters. This will have a direct
impact on the availability of restoration parts for vintage and
custom cars and the hobby as a whole!!!
until i get word that 1333 has passed i will not drive my Jag or GT6 (even
though it not driveable now) through that state.
