TR3A Apron Price

I found a local TR3A apron for $475.  It is in pretty good shape.  Small
ding by the mouth, and a small tear by the crank hole.  I'm a year away from
needing a replacement for mine, but I hate to pass on a good deal.  Any
comments on the price?
