Hi Bob.......IMO, you have a couple of  options.
If the floor is rusted but together.......even lacey, like my TR3A trunk
floor....., you could do a POR-15 repair. 
The other option would be to replace with sheet metal. This means buying new
floor pans, cutting out the floor with a Saws-all (leave 2" at the sill,
firewall and aft cockpit). 
Trial fit the floor, then drill 1/8" to 3/16" diameter holes 3" apart around
the periphery 1" in from the edge. drop in the floor and fill the holes with
weld, making sure there is intimate contact between floor pan and body. Seam
seal when finished. Viola....done.
