You can get some good spray glues (sometimes at Walmart in the automotive
section) just be careful to use a glue that's rated for high temperature
use.   With a Triumph you are going to leave it sitting out in the sun and
heat is one of the most frequent causes of the glue breaking down.   Also
make sure that it is the glue that's given up the ghost and not the foam.  
You might be glueing back to foam that going to quickly repeat the process.
  You should be able to find a good aerosol can of spray glue for about $8
to $10 bucks, and one can should do the job.

Be sure and scrape all the old glue off the surfaces to be bonded.  If you
don't they will release and you are no better off than before.
Get back to a good clean surface and any glue will do much better.
