To anyone who has ever had dist. problems on a TR7, forget repairing the
original parts, replace it with a drop in Pertronix kit. I did, and ended
my ignition problem in about 15 minutes!
Most local shops carry them for about $100; call Summit Racing (yes they do
carry the Pertronix for Foreign cars) they sell it postpaid for about
$59.00.
For anyone who is interested: I hav a complete distributor w/Pertronix
installed (warped the head on my 7 the other day) I'll sell for $100.00
+shipping.
