Geo, I did this with my Spit last summer, the sun here in Texas can be brutal also. I cut mine at the roll bar and left the two pillar snaps in place and added a bit of Velcro on the rear bow. It was nice and cool under it and looked nice also. Good luck N.A. Campiglia Abilene, TX |
