I know this isn't a Healy list, but I know several of you have various other
Brit cars. Since people know I have a thing for Spitfires, they assume I
love all British cars. I guess I do! Anyway, a friend of a friend is going
to let go of a 1960 Sprite (NOT A BUGEYE) It is a daily driver, it's red, it
has new tires, new exhaust, rebuilt brakes. The Engine is a 948. It runs
good , although he leaves the oil cap off or it uses oil. He wants $1500
for it and he has several new and use parts to go with it. My question is
should I let it go or snatch it up? He's getting rid of it because he's
lost interest in the hobby and is moving on to another hobby.
