On the radiator removal, get Bob Schallers book from TRF and never have
this problem again. Insert a 5/16 nf bolt up through the frame, secure it
with a very thin jam nut, set the radiator down of the bolt and secure
from the top. The bolt only needs to be as long as needed to go through
both pieces (frame/rad/jam nut) of metal and the secure nut on top.
Fan belts= from TRA issue # 56, 1988 article by Bruce Clough = Gates belt
# 28386 (truck & bus) 20mm X 995mm 7/8" X 39 1/4", this belt is the
clogged type = Cummings # 178539WRZ = or the best fit is 1 19mm X 995mm.
All larger auto parts stores have a chart for mm conversion cross
reference, thanks for the input B.C. Hopes this helps Art S. and all
others of need. "FT"
