My TR-4 autocross car has four wheel disc brakes, and the road race TR-4
that I crew for also has them. In both cases, we have used Wilwood
calipers and rotors. Its not a huge problem to do - as long as you don't
mind fabrication and welding. Brackets need to be welded to the axle
tubes to hold the calipers, for example.
