Ref Leon Guyot's treatise on windscreens.

The former Tudor Safety Glass company at Queenborough on the Isle of Sheppey
(now Pilkington/Triplex) has (had) a massive range of moulding frames for
laminated screens which they can make in a variety of clear/ tints and top
shade bands. They had odd-ball frames for such exotica such as Iso Grifo,
Lamborghini, Maserati as well, quite apart from the cars we call classics
today. I don't think any of these mould frames were ever thrown out. These
screens fully comply with BSAU, are optically correct and entirely meet
European E numbers on replacement vehicle glass. I did some training work
for Tudor for a while so this is inside knowledge.
Apart from that, Tyneside Safety Glass at Newcastle on Tyne can also make
screens from a pattern. In the event they do not have a mould frame for your
particular glass, they can use the existing screen as a pattern. So why
should you want a screen when your current one isn't broken or cracked? You
wouldn't - but the picture would change dramatically if it did break and you
knew a replacement would be impossible to find.
Birmingham Safety Glass (the only gentlemen in the UK car glass business)
have a wide range of specialist suppliers too.
Scandinavia has two major suppliers who can also help. Tamglass is in
Finland and Nordlamex is in Sweden - don't have locations for those two.
