Andy,
        I guessed the same as you regarding the new assembly hall, but I don't
think that's the case. One of the Heralds I have on record (sadly
dismantled now, but it was VERY rough) was registered on January 13th
1960 amd had a GC body number - I'm not sure when the new hall opened,
but I'm sure it was sometime in 1960, but that early in the year????
