choke question...am I sticking?

My GT6+ was runnig fine, but today, she wouldn't drop her RPMs enough after
she was warm. So, I raised the hood and pulled on the choke cable that goes
to the rear carb..she raised her RPMs (as she should). When I pulled on the
choke cable for the forward carb, nothing happened. Am I correct in assuming
that the choke is stuck on that carb? If so, how do I unstick her?
