        Just completed a rack installation on my 3A-  If you are interested
in the details, I can provide.... this is the third different rack I've
installed,  and have finally got it right.  Getting the geometry right is
absolutley essential, as is using the correct rack.

I have seen several 3's with TR4 steering racks, though they had to remove
the
fan and extension to make it work.  Also had to splice together a steering
column using flex connections (Volvo?) and lost the use of the stator
tube/control head.  Still, can be done.
