Teflon Valve Seals

Listers,

I am going to put Teflon Valve Seals on my TR6 and was wondering if anyone
had an idea what size or a part number I could use to make getting them
easier.  What do I tell the parts guys/gals?  I assume the machine shop will
have to do some modifications.  What modifications should they do?  I would
like to go in acting like I know what I am talking about.
