Jay,

Try Rimmer Brothers in the UK. Great prices, and great service. Complete
online catalog(ue), too!

After thinking that since there are a number of suppliers with really nice,
complete looking catalogs of parts for cars such as the TR6, I was lulled
into thinking that translated into "readily available". WRONG A lot of
Moss's illustrations include parts that are not available. TRF has a lot
more parts listed; however, many are out of stock, with no delivery in
sight. Whether they are actually ordered from the supplier is another
matter. I have quickly learned to anticipate my needs in advance when
possible, ask if the item is in stock when placing the order, and order long
before I actually plan to use the part. I will say in defense of TRF, they
do not charge for backordered parts until they are delivered and usually do
not charge any shipping on them. I actually received a backordered part
from them yesterday. It was one of the green hoses from a set. I received
the others in the set last June when I placed the ordered. Fortunately I
really did not need them yet. (The boats from Tiawan are slow.)

I am still trying to track down a set of seat foam for a 74 TR6. Neither
TRF nor Moss have them in stock. If anyone has a suggestion on another
vendor, I would appreciate it.
