Normally as pretty good rule is = if it was installed before painting it is
painted, if it was installed after painting it is natural, I would have my
doubts that a hood/bonnet hinge was already installed before painting. Also
please remember Piggott is not always correct, whom can tell what a
production line would do on a dailey basis on every car that passes their
way.
