WTD: Gearshift bush and lug wrench..GT6

I'd really like one of the bronze/aluminum gearshift bushes as spelled out
in the GT6 competition manual. Local shop wants $40 to turn out
one...thought maybe somebody out there had a few, or had a lathe and was
bored, kind, or both.

Also need a straight old single mouth 11/16" lug wrench. Can't find one at
Pep Boys or Salvo, etc.
