Hi,
Unlike the home market variants, US versions (and probably others)
of the Herald were fitted with the luxury of a fusebox. I am intending to
fit an alternator to one of my Heralds, so at least some fuses would be a
good idea! As I am generally pretty keen to preserve the originality of my
cars, I would like the installation to be "correct". What is the specific
type of fusebox fitted? I'm assuming this is going to be a simple 2-fuse
Lucas generic unit, but can someone confirm any model numbers on theirs?
Also, does anyone have a scanned image of how this looks fitted in the
engine bay - I assume it sits on the left hand side of the bulkhead, where
the regulator box sits on "our" cars?
        Thanks,
                Bill.
