IMO, it's useful only as a band aid, either to an engine that doesn't oil
properly or to try to get the stock rockers to live longer in a modified
engine. On a street engine, it will flood the upper head with oil, leading
both to increased oil finding it's way past the valve guides, and to being
blown out the filler.
