Steve,

I was going to ask the listers if any of them had had
any previous contact with my car, so I will respond to
your request for information via the list instead of
directly to you.

I have owned my TR3B for about 16 years. I purchased it
in Peoria IL, but understand it came from the Indianapolis,
Indiana area.

I have done some mechanical repair and enjoyed driving it
for the first several years, but have not gotten around to
making it look like much. It is currently red with a black
interior, both appear to have been done in some DPO's back yard.
The paint had very little if any preparation and the interior
was dyed. There was also a engine fire at some point and the
current engine seems to be a TR3 unit.

I think the original colors were white with a red interior, but
large portions from a yellow part cars were used somewhere along
the line. The right side must have taken a fairly hard hit as the
right front finder has been replaced and the right rear finder is a
work of art out of bondo. It has steal wheels and does not have an
overdrive. There was windshield washers installed when I got the car
but that was the only thing you could consider an option.

I have ordered a build information sheet and will update you on the
original colors etc.
