TR3A SU rebuild leaking, summary

Thanks to all that responded,

The leaking is definitely occuring from the cork seals of the jet assembly.  
I installed the seals and washers correctly but I should have soaked the 
seals in water, oil, or light oil (according to several listers) which would 
have helped the seals to seat.  As it is too late to undo my mistep, I will 
replace the cork with O ring seals which should be a relatively permanent fix 
for the leaking carb problem.
