#1 -- You should be able to reuse them, but at least visually inspect them for
damage.

#2 -- Don't know the spec. for the mains off the top of my head, but you can and
should replace them.  They will be as worn or more worn than your big end
bearings.

#3 -- Don't know about this, but I should think the effect on pressure would be
small or none.

#4 -- I don't think so.  I'm not.
