I owned a 1962 TR4 through November 1965.  The optional wood dash overlays 
were very heavily advertised by 2 or 3 aftermarket companies.. like AMCO and 
MG Mitten.  I was tempted to put the option on BRG TR4 a number of times but 
never got around to it. I think that Standard Triumph dealers were putting the 
overlay on as a dealer option.
