How to tell if IRS hubs need to be rebuilt?

Hi,

How do you check the heath of TR IRS hubs?  If I drive
slowly (~20 MPH) near something like a sound wall, I
can hear a "ticking" sound.  I don't hear anything
at higher speeds (of course, the wind and engine
noise might drown it out), and don't hear anything
turning the wheel by hand.  There doesn't seem to
be any wobble on the wheel when it is jacked up.
The u-joints all seems OK.  Any ideas?
